Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 24th instalment of the PM-KISAN scheme on Friday, transferring over Rs 18,690 crore to more than 9.34 crore farmers across India. In Odisha, 35.38 lakh beneficiaries received financial assistance as Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi joined the programme virtually from Bhubaneswar.
