Every ROC due date for your company in one place — board meetings, AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC and penalties for missing them.
Missing ROC deadlines is the fastest way to accumulate penalties. Here is your annual calendar.
Board meetings: minimum 4 per year, with a gap of not more than 120 days between two meetings. Notice of 7 days to every director.
DIR-3 KYC: every director must file by 14 September each year. Late filing attracts ₹5,000 — there is no waiver.
AOC-4 (financial statements): within 30 days of the AGM. Typically due in October for companies with December year-ends... actually, within 30 days of the AGM, which must be held within 6 months of financial year end.
MGT-7 (annual return): within 60 days of the AGM.
Advance tax: 15% by 15 June, 45% by 15 September, 75% by 15 December, 100% by 15 March.
Our Annual Compliance Package maps every date to your entity and files everything on time — most clients save more in avoided penalties than the package costs.
